The State of the Nation’s Ecosystems, reports designed for the H. John Heinz III Center for Science, Economics and the Environment, to this day still remain important reference materials for those determining environmental policy. These graphic-rich documents hold comprehensive data on the countries’ ecosystems, each covering a five-year period. The reports include hundreds of pages, featuring numerous carefully and accurately created charts, tables and maps, as well as icons, color formulas and imagery that define the ecosystems and set apart the sections in a visual way. We also developed summary reports, fact sheets and signage for press release events surrounding the release of the reports.
